Soul Awakening Festival – Final Vendor Info & Reminders
We’re so excited to have you join us for the Soul Awakening Holistic Healing Festival! As the event approaches, here are a few final day-of details to help everything run smoothly:

Heads up: Google Maps may send you on a less direct route. After exiting Yolo off I-5, simply follow the signs and balloons—we’ll have them placed the night before to help guide you in. A staff member will also be at the entrance to direct you when you arrive.
Set-up & Arrival
Setup is from 6:30 AM – 9:00 AM (Please do not arrive earlier, as this is a residential area and we want to be respectful.)
All setup must be completed by 9:00 AM, as we open to the public promptly at that time.
Upon arrival, check in with Corrie to receive your space number and any final instructions.
You may drive into the festival area to unload, but please move your vehicle to vendor parking promptly after unloading. Staff will be available to help guide you.
Important Notes:
There are no electrical or water hook-ups on site.
There is no on-site Wi-Fi and limited cell service, so please come prepared with a hotspot or plan for offline payment methods.
Tear down & Evening
Tear-down begins at 5:00 PM (please do not pack up early).
We encourage you to stay and enjoy the evening music from 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM and soak in the closing vibes!
Food vendors are welcome (but not required) to stay through the end of the concerts at 8:30 PM.
As always, leave no trace—please make sure your space is clean and all materials and trash are packed out.
