Event Date: April 19th


*Vendors must provide their own equipment:
canopies, tables, chairs etc. 

*All Fees are non-refundable as they are used to promote events. 

*No electricity or running water is available. 

*Our events usually run from 9am – 5pm. 

*Music from 5:30 - 8:30pm

*Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 6:30 – 9am.

*Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it. 

*We reserve the right to censor any booth.  

*Soul Garden Holistic Healing, and/or Abele Farms Events and their affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost or stolen or damaged merchandise or any injury incurred during the Soul Awakening Festival. 

*If the application is approved a follow-up email will be sent with payment options.
